Q. I'm not a gym member do i need to join? A. Nope. As long as you are in to see me you do not have to be a member or pay any entrance fee. Q. I'm a total beginner. Is Personal Training for me? A. No matter what fitness level you are, sessions and programmes are made to suit each specific goal
